Bryan Cristante guaranteed to stay on at Roma | OneFootball

Roma will not be parting ways with Bryan Cristante anytime soon.

The Italian midfielder is about to enter his sixth year in the Italian capital, having collected 21.309′ in the last six years for Roma.

Since his move from Atalanta to Roma, Cristante scored 15 goals and 18 assists and remains one of the most used players in Serie in terms of minutes played.

His endless stamina and leadership on and off the pitch have made him a guaranteed starter under three consecutive managers at the club.

Paulo Fonseca, Jose Mourinho and Daniele De Rossi have all included him in their starting formations across all competitions played.

This upcoming season will be no different, reports Il Tempo.

Cristante has been included in De Rossi’s ‘untouchable’ list.

The Italian midfielder is one of the few players guaranteed to stay at Roma along with the likes of Leandro Paredes, Lorenzo Pellegrini, Gianluca Mancini, Paulo Dybala, Stephan El Shaarawy, Mile Svilar and Evan Ndicka.

Cristante will continue to feature in Roma’s line-up and is expected to play a major role in Luciano Spalletti’s Italy squad for the EUROs.
