Many América fans have taken to social media and voiced their concerns over the club’s long injury list, pointing the finger at the medical team.

Bruno Valdéz, however, has come to the aid of the staff and the defender shared an Instagram post on Friday criticising fans for doubting the trainers.

Valdéz’s post continued to reassure fans that Giber Becerra, in particular, is the best at his work.

In addition to asking for the trainers to be fired, there is talk that fans have discussed the idea of holding a march to try and add pressure to the club to make a decision.

Given the number of injuries, América manager Miguel Herrera recently prohibited all players from training on their own terms.

All training must now be done through the club, all but reassuring fans that the physical trainers are not at fault for the situation.
