Brother of Aguero: Guardiola never wanted Sergio at Man City | OneFootball

The brother of Sergio Aguero has hit out at Pep Guardiola claiming the Manchester City manager "never wanted" the Argentine at the club.

Mauricio del Castillo took to social media to criticise Guardiola after Manchester City's 1-0 defeat to Chelsea in the Champions League final on Saturday night.

Aguero's brother deleted the post soon after but said he stood by his comments and that he would "write it again".

He posted: "Guardiola never wanted my brother since his arrival at City."

Having been asked why he had deleted the message by several social media followers, he said: "Many toxic people, too many."

However, he insisted he was happy people saw his Tweet before he deleted it and that he would "write it again".

He said: "Perfect, I'm glad people have seen it. And I'll write it again if I want."
