Brighton & Hove Albion have signed England U-19 international Michelle Agyemang on a season-long loan from Arsenal.

Agyemang has been with the Gunners since the age of six, although the forward had a spell on loan at Watford last season.

She helped England to the semi-final of the UEFA Women’s U-19 Championship in the summer.

Head coach Dario Vidosic told brightonandhovelabion.com: “We’re delighted to welcome Michelle to the club. She is a goalscorer and an excellent playmaker.

“It’s clear to see her talent and potential in the game and she will give us another exciting option in attack.

“We’re looking forward to seeing what she can add to our team this season.”
