Recent reports suggest that Paris Saint-Germain might part ways with midfielder Carlos Soler this summer. He’s been linked with clubs like Brighton and Hove Albion and Aston Villa, indicating that he has some potential suitors.

Soler is currently a rotational player at PSG, and after watching Spain win UEFA Euro 2024, the former Valencia standout probably wants to find a club where he can be a starter and get back on the radar for La Roja.

In the 2023-24 season, the 27-year-old has made 26 appearances in all competitions for the French club, scoring once and contributing four assists. With limited playing time at PSG, Sports Zone reports that Jorge Mendes is working on the departure of Soler.

According to a recent report from L’Equipe, West Ham United, Brighton, and Real Sociedad are keen on the Spaniard. In June, Cadena COPE reported that PSG and Real Sociedad are still in talks over Soler, with the deal likely not exceeding €15 million.

This initial report seems to hold true as Soler looks to revive his career in Spain. However, a move to the Premier League could be an opportunity he finds hard to resist.
