Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Moises Caicedo is one of the most sought-after talents in the Premier League.

Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal are keen on signing him, but the south coast club want a bumper fee to sanction a move.

According to the Telegraph, the Seagulls will demand over £70 million for the Ecuador international.

Chelsea and Arsenal went toe to toe to sign Caicedo in January, with the latter tabling a formal £70m bid.

Their offer was rebuffed by Brighton, who were keen to keep their highly-rated midfield destroyer.

The Seagulls convinced Caicedo to commit his long-term future to the club by signing an improved contract, but that has done little to dispel interest in the youngster.

Brighton are resigned to losing the 21-year-old this summer, but they want to milk every penny they can from his sale.

Arsenal are keen on Caicedo, although their primary target remains West Ham United captain Declan Rice. The Gunners are preparing a mouth-watering offer to force the Hammers into a sale.

Chelsea’s interest in Caicedo has intensified since the Blues pulled out of the race to sign Sporting CP midfielder Manuel Ugarte who is set to join Paris Saint-Germain.

They could improve their chances of prising Caicedo away from Brighton by including highly-rated youngster Levi Colwill in a potential deal with the Seagulls keen on the centre-back.

Colwill was a revelation for Roberto De Zerbi’s side during his season-long loan, helping the club secure qualification to next season’s Europa League, and they want to retain his services.

However, Chelsea are reluctant to let the 19-year-old leave, with Mauricio Pochettino keen to assess the Englishman’s undoubted ability in pre-season.

Liverpool could join the race to sign Caicedo but could be deterred by his astronomical valuation, with the Reds focused on finalising a transfer for his teammate Alexis Mac Allister.
