Brighton have launched an improved bid for Libertad superkid Julio Enciso.
The 17 year-old is the subject of a second offer from the Seagulls.
"It's true, we have received an offer from Brighton and we are evaluating it," the president of Libertad, Ruben Di Tore, told Versus Radio told on Tuesday.
Di Tore has rejected the proposal, with a new bid planned from the Premier League club.
Enciso is rated among the best young players currently emerging in South America.
