The rumour mill has linked Los Angeles FC ace Brian Rodríguez with a move to Club América and the player has now shared his thoughts.
In a recent interview with an Uruguayan media outlet, the 22-year-old admitted he is in fact pushing for a transfer.

“I trust my representative so that he can solve the whole issue with América,” said Rodríguez.
“I am on [track] to arrive at the club, the deadlines are good. I really want to go.”
Considering the quotes alongside additional reports that América are prepared to offer LAFC “a substantial deal” for the winger, the transfer could be completed shortly.
While with the MLS club the Uruguay international has registered 9 goals and 14 assists in 65 appearances for the club.
