Brentford will play in the Championship play-off final for a second consecutive year after coming from behind to beat Bournemouth 3-1 in a pulsating game.
The hosts gave themselves a mountain to climb when Arnaut Danjuma broke away from a corner to give the Cherries the lead inside the first five minutes.
But Thomas Frank’s side dragged themselves right back into it after they were awarded a penalty when Lloyd Kelly handled in the box.
Ivan Toney tucked away his 32nd goal of the season from the spot to bring the Bees back into the game before Bournemouth were reduced to ten men after Chris Mepham pulled down Bryan Mbeumo when he was through on goal.
It was all Brentford from then on and Vitaly Janelt pulled them level on aggregate with a lucky deflected strike from 25 yards out which flew into the top corner.
Marcus Forss came off the bench to turn home Emiliano Marcondes’ low cross into the back of the net to book Brentford’s place at Wembley for the final on May 29.
The Swans lead from the first-leg thanks to Andrew Ayew’s goal.
Kick-off at 19:30 CET.
