Brentford are in talks with Christian Eriksen over a return to the Premier League, according to The Athletic.
It is believed that the 29-year-old has been offered a short-term deal until the end of the season with the option to extend for a further year.
Eriksen is a free agent after an agreement was met with former club Inter over the mutual termination of his contract with the Serie A champions.
The former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder suffered a cardiac arrest while representing Denmark at Euro 2020 in June but has stated his ambitions to continue playing football.
Eriksen made over 300 appearances for Spurs between 2013 and 2020.
