Brentford chief Phil Giles says targeting European places is a worthy ambition.
Giles also insists a Cup triumph is realistic.

He said, “Success is winning the Premier League but we're probably not going to do that! What about qualifying for the Champions League, can we do that? It's probably difficult.
“But maybe we can get into the Europa League or win a cup. It'd be nice to win a trophy.
“But it's the usual story, we need a bit of luck, we need a good draw.
“We obviously got to the EFL Cup semi-final recently - we had to balance that, as a Championship side, against getting promoted.
“So, it'd be nice to win a trophy, that would be a good day out, wouldn't it?"
