Tottenham looks set to condemn Southampton to Premier League relegation after taking a two-goal lead in their encounter on Sunday.
It's been a season to forget for Ange Postecoglou's side as they remain mired in midtable while their manager is facing up to a potential summer exit.
But at least one player is offering the Lilywhites something to cheer about in Brennan Johnson, who opened the scoring against the South Coast outfit.
The Wales international found the target in the 13th minute to become Spurs' first player to reach double figures in the Premier League this season.
Johnson went one better shortly before half-time to extend the hosts' advantage.
A sign of things to come in happier times at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium?
