Milan have completed the signing of Pervis Estupiñán from Premier League side Brighton on a five-year contract.
The Rossoneri paid an initial €17m fee for the Ecuadorian defender and a further €2m is included in additional bonuses.
Estupiñán is expected to become Milan's first-choice left-back following Theo Hernández's departure to Al-Hilal earlier in the summer window.
The 27-year-old was a regular for Brighton after joining from Villarreal in 2022 and he made over 100 appearances for the Seagulls in all competitions.
Since Massimiliano Allegri's return to Milan, the club have made high-profile summer signings including Luka Modrić and highly-rated Italian midfielder Samuele Ricci.
