After Endrick and Vitor Roque, the next Brazilian talent making waves in South America is Willian Estevao.
Nicknamed ‘Messinho’ because of a similar style of play to Lionel Messi, the young forward has already made his debut for Palmeiras at the age of just 16.
Although Messinho has yet to make the same impact as Endrick or Roque, he has attracted the interest of several top clubs across Europe and looks destined for a big-money move in the near future.
Needless to say, Barcelona are one of the teams keeping a close eye on the future of Willian Estevao. The club have been monitoring the youngster’s progress for over a year now.
However, as reported by Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona are not alone in the race to sign the youngster and are expected to face stiff competition from other European giants.

All of these aforementioned clubs have expressed the desire to sign the young forward, but it appears the player himself has other plans.
Despite interest from top clubs across Europe, Willian Estevao has his heart set on a move to Barcelona, the report adds.
The player is so determined to move to Barcelona that his agent had reportedly arrived in the city to explore a potential move to Camp Nou, earlier in the year.
in addition, Palmeiras themselves have promised to respect Estevao’s wishes and would work with Barcelona to settle a deal.
This could serve as a major boost for the Catalans, who have been unable to reach an agreement so far only due to their precarious economic situation.
