Real Madrid midfielder Brahim Diaz has reportedly opted against leaving the club in January despite his lack of first team action.
Brahim joined Los Blancos from Manchester City in January, but has made just 12 appearances since then – including three this season.
Marca reported last month that Madrid wanted to loan out the 22-year-old with a view to him playing more regularly.
However, Getafe president Ángel Torres has revealed that Brahim refused to entertain the idea of a departure after enquiries were made.
Alaves have also expressed in the Spain under-21 international.
