Braga are demanding an answer from Barcelona midfielder Alex Collado.

Braga have made an offer for the Spanish youngster, but will not wait while he considers his options.

Mundo Deportivo says Braga president Antonio Salvador is clear that if there is no response from Collado soon, they will close the squad as it is. This has been transmitted to the youngster.

Although this potential operation has been linked to Jorge Mendes, the reality is that Braga's interest in obtaining his loan came to Collado through agent Jonatan Trullols. Trullols maintains a good relationship with the president of Braga, with Collado's agent (Marc Sanllehy) and with the player himself.

The Barca B star impressed in preseason for coach Ronald Koeman's first team amid fielding interest from across Europe. But after initially intimating a desire to leave Barca, Collado is now closer to staying.
