West Ham United entertained AEK Larnaca at the London Stadium earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a positive result at home in the UEFA Europa Conference League. The Hammers made a bright start to the game as they took the lead in the 20th minute when Gianluca Scamacca found the back of the net. David Moyes’ men went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.
Jarrod Bowen scored a quick-fire brace early in the second half before Divin Mubama put the contest to bed in the 65th minute. West Ham ended up securing a dominant 4-0 win on the night and a 6-0 victory on aggregate.
Let’s take a look at how each West Ham United player fared during the match against Larnaca.
GK: Alphonso Areola – 7.5/10
He made a few decent saves at the back and earned a solid clean sheet at the London Stadium.
RB: Ben Johnson – 5/10
Johnson struggled to give a good account of himself on the defensive end of the field and produced a lackluster display going forward.
CB: Kurt Zouma – 6.5/10
The Frenchman did his best to keep things solid at the back and did enough to bag the clean sheet.
CB: Angelo Ogbonna – 7/10
Ogbonna organised his backline well and performed well enough defensively to restrict the opposition from scoring tonight.

The Spanish sensation caused a lot of problems for the opposition defenders but didn’t do enough to register a goal.
LW: Manuel Lanzini – 8/10
Lanzini worked his socks off and linked up play really well with his teammates in the final third.
ST: Gianluca Scamacca – 8/10
The Italian striker was a real handful for the Larnaca centre-backs. He managed to get his name on the scoresheet in the 20th minute.
