Luton Town have provided an update regarding their match against Bournemouth.

The fixture at Vitality Stadium was halted and then abandoned after Tom Lockyer suffered a cardiac arrest on the pitch. The scoreline was 1-1 at the time of the incident.

According to a new statement, the Premier League Board has decided the fixture will be replayed in full.

A date has yet to be confirmed for the fixture, as consultation is required from all relevant parties.

Following the incident over the weekend, Luton confirmed a stable Lockyer underwent additional tests and scans in the hospital to determine his recovery process.
