Borussia Dortmund have reportedly made an agreement at board level to prevent any more players signing for Bayern Munich.
Dortmund have lost Mario Götze, Mats Hummels and Robert Lewandowski to their rivals in recent years, which created a considerable gulf between the two sides.
According to Sportbild, Hans-Joachim Watzke and Michael Zorc have passed an ‘internal resolution’ to stop history repeating itself.
The main idea behind this decision was to reduce the competitive gap between Dortmund and Bayern, which has already happened this season.
Sportbild also claim that allowing Christian Pulisic to leave was based on Chelsea not being able to hurt the side domestically.
