Borussia Dortmund suspend Jadon Sancho for huge Bundesliga clash

Borussia Dortmund have suspended Jadon Sancho for Saturday evening’s match against Borussia Mönchengladbach.

According to kicker, the decision comes after Sancho returned last from international duty during the week.

Sancho was a substitute on Monday evening as England beat Bulgaria.

The decision comes as under pressure Dortmund, currently eighth in the Bundesliga, prepare to host top of the table Gladbach.

Lucien Favre, the report adds, had ‘little choice but to exercise authority’.

Sancho has three goals and five assists in seven Bundesliga appearances this season.
