Borussia Dortmund star Haaland: Swansea icon Michu my hero
Tribal Football
Borussia Dortmund star Erling Haaland admits he grew up a fan of Swansea City cult hero Michu.
The Spaniard took the Premier League by storm while with the Swans and Haaland says he's long been his idol.
He told VG: "I have always enjoyed watching football all my life. I think that has been very positive for me. When Saturday came, you came home from the ground and had trained with your friends, and then it was to have football the rest of the day on TV, from the Premier League to La Liga to Serie A. I think that has been positive.
"I have always liked to see other strikers do well. That's probably why I've always liked to be sharp. That is why I liked Michu so much.
"A forward in the flow zone, there is nothing better than looking at this. I have always enjoyed watching him. Simply my whole life."
