Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund are on the verge of signing PSV forward Donyell Malen that could see a deal being completed this weekend, according to BILD.

On Friday, Jadon Sancho’s transfer to Manchester United was announced and now, Borussia Dortmund want to reinvest a percentage of the fee received to sign 22-year-old Malen.

It’s been widely reported that BVB and PSV have reached an agreement for around €30m but when asked by Ruhr Nachrichten, sporting director Michael Zorc said: “There are still some things to be clarified.” – BILD suggest that this could be due to Mino Raiola’s commission.

Rik Elfrink states that Malen is expected to complete a medical this weekend at Borussia Dortmund’s Bad Ragaz training camp in Switzerland and could therefore train with his new teammates early next week.

Malen will be awarded a 5-year contract with Borussia Dortmund.
