Erling Haaland will make his last appearance for Borussia Dortmund when they take on Hertha BSC on the final day of the Bundesliga season on Saturday.

After his summer switch to Manchester City was confirmed last week, Haaland was named in BVB the starting line-up, and the 21-year-old was given a rousing round of applause from his team-mates and the fans at the Westfalenstadion before kick-off.

And after netting his 62nd Bundesliga goal for the club in the game, Haaland released this video via social media.
