Borussia Dortmund are keeping a close watch on Arsenal winger Leandro Trossard as they explore potential attacking reinforcements, according to Sky Germany.
Die Borussen are in the market for a new winger after selling Jamie Bynoe-Gittens to Chelsea and have earmarked Trossard as a target.
The 30-year-old joined Arsenal in January 2023 from Brighton & Hove Albion and has since become a valuable squad player.
However, recent contract negotiations between Trossard and Arsenal have hit a roadblock, with the club reportedly offering an extension but initially without a pay raise, leading to a stall in talks.
This situation, combined with Trossard switching his agent to German Dirk Hebel, has sparked speculation about his future.
As he enters the final year of his contract, Arsenal are open to letting Trossard go as they aim to complete more attacking acquisitions off the back of the arrivals of Viktor Gyokeres and Noni Madueke.
The Gunners are keen to bring back Eberechi Eze to the club from Crystal Palace, who are holding out for his full £68 million release clause.
Dortmund’s interest in Trossard comes amid reports linking him with a move to Fenerbahce, while Saudi Pro League clubs have also been touted as suitors following an initial approach back in January.
Jadon Sancho is also on Dortmund’s list of attacking targets. His future remains in limbo despite strong links with Juventus.
