West Ham have been handed a key fitness boost ahead of their clash with Nottingham Forest this weekend.

According to a report from Sky Sports, attacker Jarrod Bowen participated in training on Wednesday ahead of the Premier League clash.

The Englishman — who is currently the club’s top scorer this season — was injured during the weekend’s 2-0 loss to Tottenham, causing concern for manager David Moyes.

But relief fills the camp now with Bowen back, following the returns of centre-back Kurt Zouma and winger Maxwel Cornet who joined training on Tuesday.

It means West Ham will have almost an entire squad available, with only midfielder Lucas Paquetá the remaining injury concern.

Three vital points are on the line as Moyes’ squad looks to move out of the relegation zone with victory over Forest on Saturday.
