Bologna have reportedly joined the race for Arsenal defender Jakub Kiwior and asked after the ex-Spezia centre-back during negotiations for Riccardo Calafiori.
According to a report by CaughtOffside, Bologna is among the Serie A clubs interested in Arsenal defender Kiwior.
The Poland international has already emerged as a transfer target for many top Italian clubs, including Juventus, Inter and Milan, and a recent report from Fabrizio Romano claimed that the Gunners would be ready to loan out the Poland international as long as the deal comes with an obligation to buy.
CaughtOffside reports that Bologna asked after Kiwior during negotiations for Calafiori, who is on the verge of joining the Gunners.
The Rossoblu are interested in signing Kiwior on a separate deal.
Calafiori has already agreed to personal terms with Arsenal, but Bologna have yet to accept the Gunners’ offer.
Kiwior, 24, has made 38 appearances with the Gunners since completing a permanent transfer from Spezia in the 2023 January transfer window.
