Boca Juniors have presented a formal offer to Inter midfielder Arturo Vidal for him to join the club this summer, according to a report in the Argentinian broadcast media.

As has been reported by TyC Sports in Argentina, via FCInter1908, the Chilean midfielder is getting closer and closer to signing for the team in Buenos Aires.

The entourage of the former Juventus and Barcelona midfielder have been presented with an offer by Boca Juniors for a contract that will run until December 21, 2023.

There is an option in the deal to extend it for another year and a half, which would be three years in total.

Finding a new club for Arturo Vidal would free up a big amount of space in the Inter wage budget as he is one of the highest earners in the squad.

The club could then push ahead with some other deals that they want to get over the line.
