Cryptocurrency company Binance could replaced DigitalBits as the main shirt sponsor of Inter if the deal with the latter is to fall through permanently.
This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that Binance would be among the Nerazzurri’s options for the future given the significant uncertainty surrounding their agreement with DigitalBits.
DigitalBits, who have already been the shirt sponsors for Roma for a year, are set to be Inter’s main shirt sponsors for at least the start of this season, with the cryptocurrency company’s logo set to be on the front of the team’s shirt in this evening’s Serie A opener against Lecce.
How much longer the partnership will be able to continue is unclear, however, as the serious financial problems that the company are experiencing have already caused them to be late on initial payments to the Nerazzurri.
Inter are aware that they could have to look for a new shirt sponsor given the volatility surrounding DigitalBits, and Binance would be among their options.
