Besiktas president Erol Kaynar has confirmed they're in talks with Diego Costa.
The striker has been a free agent since securing a release from his contract with Atletico Madrid in January.

Kaynar also revealed an interest in Sevilla striker Luuk de Jong: "We hope to reach an agreement with Costa early this month.
"He is our priority, but there are still some salary details that we did not resolve. We are optimistic about the signing of Costa. We need one more striker.
"Luuk de Jong from Sevilla is a forward that interests us as a second signing for the front line. We continue talking about the loan of Luuk de Jong."
