Karim Benzema has kicked off the campaign in great form and his goalscoring exploits are proof of that. He also goes into this weekend's round of fixtures as the top scorer in the big five leagues ahead of Lewandowski and Haaland (7), and Immobile and Vinicius (5).

The Frenchman further enhances his Madrid legend status by becoming only the fourth player to reach this milestone in LaLiga in the club's history. Cristiano Ronaldo (312), Raúl (228) and Di Stéfano (216) reached the number before him. 125 of the 200 goals have been scored at the Santiago Bernabéu and Alfredo Di Stéfano and 75 away from home. When it comes the teams he's scores the most against, it's Granada who have been on the receiving end the most (14).  Benzema is off to his best goalscoring start after six games, bettering his six goals in the 2015/16 league campaign.
