Benzema receives Marca Leyenda award

Karim Benzema has received the Marca Leyenda (legend) award in recognition of his spectacular career. The Real Madrid captain, who is part of our club's history with 647 appearances and 353 goals, received the award at a ceremony held at the Real Casino de Madrid.

Since 2009, Benzema has won 25 titles as a Real Madrid player and has been instrumental in the club's domination of Europe with 5 Champions League titles. He has also won 5 Club World Cups, 4 European Super Cups, 4 LaLiga titles, 3 Copas del Rey and 4 Spanish Super Cups. In addition, he is the current Ballon d'Or after a historic 2022, in which he was also voted UEFA Player of the Year.
