Benzema, Courtois, Modrić, Valverde and Rüdiger are among the 26 candidates for the 2022 FIFA FIFPro Men's World11. The five Real Madrid players are still in the running to form part of the best eleven, which is chosen by professional footballers from around the world and will be announced on 27th February at The Best Awards gala.

The goalkeeper, three defenders, three midfielders and three forwards who have received the highest number of votes will be selected for the XI. The remaining place will go to the player who did not make the shortlist but received the highest number of votes. The performance of the players between 8th August 2021 and 18th December 2022 is taken into account to compile this eleven.
