Andrea Belotti is unlikely to return to Roma at the end of the season once his loan spell with Fiorentina is set to come to an end.
The Italian striker is said to be loving his new life in Florence and is not considering a return to the Italian capital.
Following two difficult years at Roma, Belotti was able to impress in a few weeks under Vincenzo Italiano with La Viola.
As a result of this, his adventure in the capital, however, seems to have come to an end, despite having a contract until 2025. This is demonstrated by the fact that the Belotti’s family have left their apartment in Rome.
This is the message from Belotti’s wife on Instagram: “When I arrived I felt empty and disoriented. Today, after a year and a half, that void that I had perfectly filled has become a chasm. For the first time I welcomed people into my home who they have become family and saying goodbye to them today was one of the hardest things I have ever done.”
“I didn’t think that this city would eventually give me such beautiful bonds. And if it’s true that you should be used to it, I wonder how you get used to having to leave pieces of your heart here and there?”
“Today goes like this, from tomorrow I will certainly be able to see everything in a new light. Visiting new places, meeting new people is still a gift and I want to welcome this opportunity in the best possible way. See you soon Rome, thank you for all the people you put in my path. I leave you a piece of my heart.”
