Jude Bellingham and Eduardo Camavinga have been nominated as candidates for the Kopa Trophy awarded by France Football. This prize recognises the best player under 21 years of age. The Englishman, who is in his first season as a Real Madrid player, is aiming to clinch the accolade after his outstanding season with Borussia Dortmund. The midfielder was voted footballer of the year in the 2022/23 Bundesliga campaign, scored 14 goals in all competitions and was a first-choice starter for England at the World Cup in Qatar.

Meanwhile, Camavinga was one of Ancelotti's most used footballers last season and featured in 59 games. The French international was instrumental in Real Madrid's three trophies last season, starting in the Club World Cup final, the Copa del Rey and taking part in the Uefa Super Cup.
