Centre-back Ozan Kabak started for Liverpool against Leeds United at Elland Road last night.
Kabak played reasonably well against Leeds United. The 21-year-old finished the match with a WhoScored player rating of 6.73, which backs up the aforementioned argument.
Once the match had concluded, some Liverpool fans took to Twitter to give their opinion on Kabak’s performance. Plenty of supporters were impressed.
ANFIELD WATCH VERDICT
Kabak is not actually Liverpool’s player. The centre-back still belongs to Schalke.
Liverpool signed Kabak on loan during the recent January transfer window. However, Liverpool will be able to purchase Kabak at the end of the season.
We would like to see the club sign the youngster. As Kabak is only 21 years of age, he has a bright future ahead of him.
The centre-back has shown that he has the ability to play in the Premier League. Kabak is averaging a WhoScored player rating of 6.69 across the 2020-21 Premier League season.
As Kabak is only young, it would be fair to assume that he will continue to improve as a footballer.
