Michael Beale was heavily criticised following his side’s shambolic Old Firm defeat against Celtic. But Rangers showed incredible grit and determination en route to clinching a 1-0 Europa League victory versus Real Betis. The result on Thursday night should uplift their spirit ahead of hosting Motherwell in the Premiership.

Although the Well are leading Rangers by a point in the early league standings, the Glasgow giants’ domination over the years makes them firm favourites to clinch all three points on Sunday afternoon. Midfield
