Be part of City's Champions Fan Mosaic

City fans around the world can join in our Premier League title celebrations by being part of our Champions fan mosaic.
Supporters are invited to share their photos to feature in the special mosaic, which will see thousands of pictures joined together for an iconic image marking our latest league triumph.
The mosaic will be displayed at the Champions Parade in Manchester and across our social media channels and on our website and app throughout this week.
HOW TO FEATURE
- Submit your celebration photos through Cityzens using the form at the bottom of this page.
- Keep an eye out on Twitter on Monday and retweet our #FanChampions tweet, which will automatically submit your profile picture to be featured.
All images will be reviewed and the best ones which are approved will be displayed in the interactive mosaic.
Fans will then be able to search for their own image and see where they feature once the mosaic is published.
Submit your photos by 12:00 (UK) on Monday 23 May for your chance to feature in the Champions Parade!
