Things were soon levelled up though as Leroy Sané raced down the right and played in Konrad Laimer as the Austria international was fouled by last man Klaus Gjasula.
And right before the break, Matej Maglica took out Harry Kane as the Englishman went in on goal for a third red card of the game.
