First there was Schteve McClaren’s Dutch accent, then Joey Barton went French, and now Eric Dier is already speaking English like a German too.
Dier only joined Bayern Munich on loan from Tottenham a couple of weeks ago, and on Wednesday he made his debut for the club in a 1-0 victory over Union Berlin.

And in a post-match interview given to Sky Sports, it sounds like the England defender has already added a slight German twang to his accent.
To be fair to Dier, having spent some of his childhood in Portugal and come through the ranks at Sporting CP, his accent has always been a bit of a mish-mash.
Keep it up Eric and you’ll sprechen Deutsch in no time!
