Bayern Munich are reportedly planning to seduce Liverpool transfer target Eduardo Camavinga into signing for the club this summer.

According to France Football, Bayern are plotting a swoop to bring Camavinga to Germany ahead of other interested clubs, with playing time and the chance of trophies said to be used as motivation for the midfielder.

Liverpool and Real Madrid have previously been linked with interest in the French international, whose contract at Rennes expires at the end of next season.

Liverpool could also potentially offer the prospect of regular football to Camavinga, to counter Bayern’s planned promise to the youngster. Gini Wijnaldum is out of contract at the end of the season and Camavinga could possibly be seen as a replacement for the Dutch international, which could mean that he has the chance to be a regular starter at Anfield.

Wijnaldum has played a whopping 45 games in all competitions for Liverpool this season and amassed over 1,200 minutes of action in the Premier League. This shows that his exit could leave plenty of game time in the offing for the other midfielders at the club next season, of which Camavinga could be one of them if he joins Liverpool from Rennes this summer.

So, whilst Bayern are trying to seduce Camavinga, Liverpool could also offer similar promises to the Frenchman. This means that Liverpool could still be in with a good chance to landing Camavinga this summer, if they are able to compete financially with the German giants.
