Bayern Munich chose not to include a clause that allows them to bring back Omar Richards from Nottingham Forest.

The 24-year-old full-back signed for the Premier League side this summer for a fee of roughly £10 million.

Many fans thought that Bayern would have included a buy-back or first refusal within the agreement.

However, BILD states that no such deal is in place, which means he is very unlikely to return to Bavaria in the near future.

Richards may believe that he has the best chance of showcasing his talents in the Premier League.

He may also be inclined to move to a bigger English team in the future.
