Sky Germany reports that both Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund are interested in making Eintracht Frankfurt’s Markus Krösche a director at their clubs.

Dortmund are said to be interested in making Krösche their sporting director, replacing Sebastian Kehl. Dortmund’s outgoing CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke is said to be a big fan of the work that Krösche has done on the banks of the Main. He has also been successful at both RB Leipzig and Paderborn.

There is said to be a release clause in Krösche’s Frankfurt contract.

Bayern are also interested in the Hannover native as a possible replacement for Max Eberl. Eberl’s work at Bayern is said to be viewed rather critically, and there are doubts about his future at the club. Bayern are working to avoid parting ways with Eberl in the summer, but it cannot be ruled out that the former Borussia Mönchengladbach and Leipzig director leaves the club.
