Bayern Munich and highly-regarded young goalkeeper Chrstian Früchtl have agreed that the player will spend next season out on loan.

The 20-year-old is highly thought of at the Allianz Arena having impressed in the third division with the Under-23 side.

In fact, he signed a new deal at the club last November which will see him remain until 2022 but is set for a spell away from Munich for the first time.

That is according to kicker, who report that further talks will take place between both parties in the coming weeks but the club have decided to loan him out.

They want Früchtl to gain regular senior experience and are keen to have the youngster’s representatives agree to such a move.

Consistent playing time will be impossible to come by in Bavaria, with Manuel Neuer an established presence and Alexander Nübel arriving this summer.

There has been interest in Früchtl from Germany’s top two tiers and abroad for some time so offers will not be hard to come by.

He is reportedly open to such a temporary move away before returning to Munich and attempt to dislodge the main men.
