Bayern Munich are reportedly on the lookout for a new right-back.
According to the Abendzeitung München, the club’s bosses remain unconvinced by Benjamin Pavard and Josip Stanišić, who have played in the position this season.
The report adds that Pavard’s German leaves a lot to be desired after over five years in the country.
The French World Cup winner, now 25, has started six of Bayern’s Bundesliga games this season but is yet to emerge as a truly undroppable player.
Stanišić has deputised for him at times this campaign but is just 21 and is embarking on his first campaign with the first team.
