Leon Goretzka will miss the rest of the season after picking up a thigh injury, Bayern Munich have confirmed.
The midfielder came on in the weekend win over Borussia Mönchengladbach but was soon substituted again.

That was due to what has now been diagnosed as a muscle strain in the back of his left thigh.
Bayern have announced that he will miss the rest of the Bundesliga season, which amounts to two games.
However, it leaves Germany and Joachim Löw sweating over his fitness ahead of this summer’s European Championship.
It is unclear at the moment if the injury is in danger of ruling him out of that competition.
