Bayer Leverkusen have taken full of control of former Manchester United fullback Timothy Fosu-Mensah.
The Holland defender signed a three-year contract with Bayer this week, with the Bundesliga giants coughing up around €2m for his transfer.
There had been talk of United insisting on a buy-back clause in the deal.
However, Fussball Transfers reports Fosu-Mensah has moved to Bayer without any such option included.
The defender could make his Bayer debut tonight at Union Berlin.
