The Tykes are one club reportedly interested in signing the goalkeeper this summer.

Barnsley have been linked with signing Crystal Palace goalkeeper Owen Goodman on loan from Crystal Palace.
A tremendous season with AFC Wimbledon has launched the 21-year-old glovesmen into the minds of many League One clubs, and their supporters, this summer.
Goodman was a key part of Johnnie Jackson's side that won promotion to the third tier via the play-offs, conceding only 35 goals throughout the season, including the play-offs, and keeping 24 clean sheets.
The Tykes are one of the sides looking to add the Eagles' young shot-stopper to their squad on a temporary basis next season, as per Alan Nixon, but the idea of signing him doesn't excite Football League World's Barnsley fan pundit, Andy Symcox.
He feels that the Yorkshire club, who have made a lot of loan moves in the goalkeeping market over the past few years, need to eye someone that they can recruit permanently, and preferably one with a bit more know-how than Goodman.
"I do believe that Barnsley need an experienced goalkeeper," Symcox stated. "We have a young one coming through called Kieren Flavell who is not quite ready yet despite playing some matches right at the end of the season, due to injuries, and also the injured Jackson Smith, who has yet to convince me that he is the answer.
"I've seen the rumours about Goodman from Palace, and he might well be a very good goalkeeper, but there are two things which concern me with this transfer which, for me, rule it out.
"One: he is 21. In my view, we need an experienced set of hands. Secondly, it would be a loan, as I understand it. We haven't started a league season with a permanent goalkeeper since 2022, I believe, so I'd like us to get our own permanent goalkeeper, rather than yet another loan.
"So, for me, whether Goodman is a goalkeeper or not is immaterial. 21, too young, same age as one of our goalkeepers, or similar. We need an experienced, older goalkeeper."
Goodman's work with the Wombles last season proved that he is more than deserving of playing in League One next season. His save-making ability above anything else was what stood him out from most of the other League Two goalkeepers.
He's the type of player that will singlehandedly win teams points, or promotion, in Wimbledon's case. That is how good he is.
If Barnsley fail to beat the likes of Huddersfield Town, who FLW exclusively revealed were in the race for the 21-year-old, or Bolton Wanderers to Goodman, and therefore face him next season, they will quickly realise just what they missed out on.
