The seven nominees are in for the Barclays Women’s Super League Goal of the Month

Wonderful strikes from Reading’s Rachel Rowe, Tottenham duo Celin Bizet Ildhusøy and Bethany England, Chelsea’s Sam Kerr, Aston Villa’s Rachel Daly, Arsenal’s Caitlin Foord and Manchester City’s Lauren Hemp are all on the list.

The three nominees for the Barclays Women’s Super League Manager of the Month have been revealed.

Arsenal’s Jonas Eidevall, Manchester City’s Gareth Taylor and Aston Villa’s Carla Ward are all up for the award after they each guided their team to three wins from three in March.

The Barclays Women’s Super League have also named the six nominees for March’s Player of the Month award.

Manchester City striker Khadija Shaw was the top scorer of the month with five goals in three matches, while Arsenal’s Caitlin Foord and Aston Villa’s Rachel Daley follow closely behind with three apiece.

West Ham’s Viviane Asseyi is next on the list after she netted twice in March.

But the award could also be won by a defender, with Liverpool’s Emma Koivisto and Arsenal’s Leah Williamson rounding off the list of nominees.
