Barclays Women’s Super League top two set for huge crowd

Over 57,000 tickets have been sold for the Barclays Women’s Super League fixture between Arsenal and Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium.

Unbeaten Chelsea currently lead the table by three points from the Gunners – whose Jonas Eidevall is the league’s Manager of the Month – but Manchester City will overtake Arsenal on goal-difference if they win Saturday’s meeting with Aston Villa, who are just two points above the bottom two.

Fourth-placed Manchester United visit sixth-in-the-table Tottenham in the Sunday evening match, with the visitors three points better off.

Brighton are one point short of Leicester City whom they host, basement side Bristol City go to Liverpool while West Ham – goal-difference off the bottom – have home advantage over Everton.
