An insight into the heavily altered line-up of players expected to take to the pitch for Barcelona against Real Valladolid has been forthcoming online.

Barca, of course, are set to return to action later this evening.

Shifting focus back towards matters on the domestic front, the Blaugrana have made the trip to the Estadio José Zorrilla, for a La Liga meeting with the aforementioned Real Valladolid.

The fixture comes sandwiched between a pair of Champions League semi-final clashes against Italian champions Inter Milan, the second of which will be played out at San Siro in just three days’ time.

In turn, it should come as little surprise to hear of Hansi Flick and his coaching staff preparing significant rotation in Barcelona’s XI.

As per a report from club insider Javier Miguel of Diario AS, in fact, a brand new-look line-up is on the cards for the Catalans on Saturday, as follows:

Marc-André ter Stegen, Eric García, Ronald Araújo, Andreas Christensen, Gerard Martín, Frenkie de Jong, Gavi, Fermín López, Ferran Torres, Ansu Fati, Dani Olmo.
